A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE AND CANCELLATION
OF BOND NO. 7960056, FEDERAL INSURANCE COMPANY, FILED
PURSUANT TO AGBEEMENTBETWEEN CITY AND UTAH CONSTRUC-
TION COMPANYDATED JULY l, 1958.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
Bond No. 7960056 issued by Federal Insurance Company July l, 1958, pursuant to con-
tract between the City and Utah Construction Company regarding the installation of
public improvements iu Industrial Park Unit No. 3 be and the same is hereby released
as Developers have complied with paragraph 8 of said agreement causing the deposit
with the City of the amount of money received from the sale of bonds issued for
construction of the improvements under au assessment district.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meetin~ held on the
7th day of August, 1961 by the following vote:'
