A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING ACQUISITION
OF RIGHT OF SERVICE FOR WATER SERVICE --
PERSON & SWANSON INDUSTRIAL TRACT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that acquisition of a right of service for water services in the Person & Swanson
Industrial Tract having been previously authorized, it is ordered that -
1. City, on behalf of said Improvement District, accept a contract with
Person and Swanson providing for right of service to said Industrial Tract, and
2. a warrant be drawn on the Person and Swanson Industrial Tract Improve-
ment Fund in the sum of THIRTY SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY-NINE DOLLARS
($37,539.00), payable to Person and Swanson and held in escrow for their endorse-
ment to California Water Service Company, a corporation, and
3. that upon receipt of the contract from Person and Swanson as set
forth iu paragraph one and a copy of au agreement between California Water Service
Company and Person and Swanson, said contract providing for the installation of
facilities and rendering of water service, that the warrant be delivered to Cali-
fornia Water Service Company.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held ou the
7th day of August, 1961, by the following vote:

Absent,
G. J. Rozzi, Patrick E. Ahem, Emilio Cortesi,
and Leo J. Ryan.
