RESOLUTION NO. 3261
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 3258
- PERSON AND SWANSON INDUSTRIAL TRACT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that paragraph 3 of Resolution No. 3258 passed on the 7th day of August 1961 is
hereby amended, so that as amended it shall read as follows:
3. that upon receipt of notice from California Water Service Company
that iPerson and Swanson have executed a contract for the installation of facili-
ties and the rendering of water service iu the Person and Swanson Industrial
Tract, the warrant in the sum of THIRTY SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY-NINE
DOLLARS ($37,539.00) be forwarded to California Water Service Company and request
be made for a duplicate of the contract when same is executed by California Water
Service Company, a corporation.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held ou the
21st day of August, 1961, by the following vote:

G. J. Rozzi, Patrick E. Aheru, Emilio Cortesi,
Andrew Rocca, and Leo J. Ryan.
