A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING A DEED OF EASEMENT
FROM LOWRIE PAVING COMPANY, A CORPORATION, TO THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that said City shall, and hereby does, accept that certain Deed of Easement, dated
June 29, 1961, whereby LOWRIE PAVING COMPANY, a corporation, gives, grants, trans-
fers and conveys to said City of South San Francisco au easement in, over, across
and upon the certain real property therein described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOEVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed
to cause said Deed of Easement, together with a certified copy of this resolution,
to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the
21st day of August, 1961, by the following vote:
