A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ATTORNEY 0FRECORD
TO EXECUTE STIPULATION FOR ENTRY OF JUDGMENT
LITTLEFIELD - KIMBALL AVENUE PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
That John E, Lynch of the law firm of Kirkbride, Wilson, Harzfeld &
Wallace, attorneys of record with the City Attorney of the City of South San Fran-
cisco, for the City of South San Francisco, in that certain action entitled CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO v. SWIFT & COMPANY, et al, Action No. 95215, in the Superior
Court of the State of California, in and for the County of San Mateo, be, and he is,
hereby authorized and directed to execute a stipulation for Judgment for the takin~
of the easement for street purposes across Parcel No. 2A, as more particularly
described iu said condemnation proceediuE, for the sum of $?72.80, and to execute
and deliver all of the documents and to take all action necessary to complete the
acquisition of said Parcel 2A owned by defendants Fiorigio Sabbadini, Nelda
Sabbadini, David Caimotto, Jr. and Patricia Caimotto.

I hereby certify that ~he foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution which was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Couucil of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meetinE held this 21st day of August, 1961, by the
