A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF CONTRACT FOR EXTENSION OF CITY SEWER INT0
ALIDA WAY
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Fr~cisco
that -
1. the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to contract for the
extension of a city sewer into Alida Way, and he is further authorized to pay the
sum of ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY ONE DOLLARS AND FIFTY EIGHT CENTS($1,521.58),
City's share of the cost, which shall be placed in escrow with the City Clerk, and
he is further authorized to contract with Lowrie Paviu~ Co. in said sum for the
coudtruction and installation of said sewer in accordance with plans and specifica-
tions entitled "Sanitary Sewer Installation in Alida Way, San Mateo County",
provided that -
(a) a permit, license or right is obtained from the County of San Mateo
to locate said sewer extension iu AliSa Way
(b) A. N. Damours, 416 Alida Way, contracts for his share of said work
in the sum of SIX HUNDRED FIFTY TWO DOLLARS AND NINETY SIX CENTS ($652.96) and de-
posit said sum in escrow with the City Clerk, said sum to be disbursed in accordance
with the terms of the contract between City and Lowrie Pavin~ Co.
(c) A. G. Pianca, 413 Alida Way, contracts for his share of said work in
the sum of FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY TWO DOLLARS AND NINETY SIX CENTS ($562.96) and deposit
said sum iu escrow with the City Clerk, said sum to be disbursed in accordance with
the terms of the contract between City and Lowrie Paving Co.
(d) a~reemeut to annex to the City of South San Francisco within a reason-
able time, not to exceed one (1) year from October l, 1961, is obtained from A. G.
Piauca and A. N. Damours.
2. payment to Lowrie Pavin~ Co. shall be made from said escrow account.
