RESOLUTION NO. 3270
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING DISMISSAL
OF CONDEMNATION ACTION MARTORELLA ET AL UPON
ACQUIRING EASEMENT BY GRANT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized to dismiss the-action
entitled, THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, Acting by and through the CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, a municipal corporation, vs. MARTORELLA ET AL, #61262,
Superior Court, San Mateo County, as the easements sought by the condemnation
actions have since been acquired by deed.
I ~hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held-on the
5th day of September, 1961, by the following vote:
