A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO GRANTING A GRADING
PERMIT TO BOTHIN REAL ESTATE COMPANY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that the Director of Public Works having filed a report of ~his recommendations
ou the application of Bothiu Real Estate Company for a grading permit, the City
Council hereby authorizes the City Clerk to issue to Bothiu Real Estate Company
a grading permit to grade the property described as Parcel 015 - ll2 - 10, 9.20
AC MOL, central ptn of Parcel 17, Assessors Map of South San Francisco 27, City
of. South San Francisco. Said grading permit shall provide that the grading be
done iu accordance with the report and recommendations of the Director of Public
Works, which is hereby referred to and by this reference made a part hereof,
Director of Public Works' inter-office memorandum dated August 30, 1961, en-
titled, "Grading Plan - Bothiu Subdivision". Said permit shall contain provisions
indemnifying and holding the City, its elective officials, officers and employees
harmless from claims and further requiring conduction of the grading work iua
manner that it will not injure the property iu the vicinity of the laud to be
graded.
BE IT FURTHER RE~OLVED that the City Clerk shall collect the cost of
defraying the expense of the examination and the report by the Director of Public
Works iu the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), prior to issuing the permit, and
BE IT FURTHER REsoLVED that the Director of Public Works shall ascertain
by inspection that said grading is performed iu accordance with the permit and
upon its completion, shall file with the City Clerk a report stating the results
of said inspection and certifying that the grading has been performed iu accordance
with the permit.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held ou the
5th day of September, 1961, by the following vote:
