A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO AB~NDON CERTAIN EASE-
MENTS - - ANCHOR, OVERHANG AND BUILDING SETBACK - - SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NO. 2-C.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that said Council does declare its intention to vacate anchor easements, overhan~
easements and building setback lines as described in letter of August 28, 1961,
to the City Council from Carl E. Kirker, Cousultiu~ Engineer, copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
I hereby certify that the foregolu~ resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meetin~ held this
5th day of September, 1961, by the following vote:
