EXECUTE STIPULATION FOR ENTRY OF JUDGMENT - -
LII'ILEFIELD-KIMBALL AVENUE PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
John E. Lynch of the law firm of Kirkbride, Wilson, Harzfeld & Wallace, attorneys
of record with the City Attorney of the C~y of South San Francisco, for the City
of South San Francisco, iu that certain action entitled CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCIS-
CO v. SWIFT & COMPANY, et al, Action No. 95715, in the Superior Court of the State
of California, in and for the County of San Mateo, be, and he is, hereby authorized
and directed to execute a stipulation for Judgment for the taking of the easement
for street purposes across Parcel No. 5A, as more particularly described in said
condemnation proceeding, for the sum of $1,373.40, and to execute and deliver all
of the documents and to take all action necessary to complete the acquisition of
said Parcel 5A, owned by defendants Arthur S. Haskins, Jr. and Fred Ferraudo.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that'the City Treasurer is authorized and hereby
directed to draw his warrant, payable to the County Clerk, iu the sum of $B9~.40,
which represents the difference between the security deposit and the agreed award
for the acquisition of the parcel aforesaid, and deliver said warrant to the attor-
neys of record, Kirkbride, Wilson, Harzfeld & Wallace, 307 B Street, San Mateo,
California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this
18th day of September, 1961, by the-following vote:
