RESOLUTION NO. B27~
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ADOPTING AND SUBMITTING A
BUDGET FOR EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS ALLOCATED FROM
THE STATE HIGHWAY FUND TO CITIES
WHEREAS, a master agreement has been executed by the City and the State
of California ou March 8, 1961, for expauditure of funds allocated from the State
highway fund to cities, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has prepared a project statement showin~ esti-
mated expenditures of such funds recommended to be made during the 1961-62 ~iscal
year, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said project statement and is
familiar with the contents thereof,
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that said project statement be and it is hereby adopted as the budget
of proposed expenditures of the gas tax allocation to cities, said project state-
meut be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor and the City Clerk are
directed to sign the same ou behalf of said City, and said project statement to
be submitted to the Department of Public Works, State of California, in accordance
with the provisions of Section 197 of the Streets and Highways Code.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 18th
day of September, 1961, by the following vote:

and Leo J. Ryan.
