RESOLUTION NO. 3285
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH HOUSING
AND HOME FINANCE AGENCY, A FEDERAL DEPARTMENT
AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION THEREOF
RESOLVED that the City Council hereby approves that certain agreement
between the Housing and Home Finance Agency, a Federal Department, and the City
of South San Francisco authorizing the execution of au agreement of Project
P-California-3537 and Contract No. H-602-1246, which a~reemeut provides for au
advance of $115,000 to cover engineering and planning ~f sewer plant expansions
at the Join t South San Francisco, San Bruno Disposal Plant.
FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk of said City of South
San Francisco are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement dated
August 30, 1961, a copy of which is attached hereto and by this reference made a
part hereof.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular~meeting held ou the
2nd day of October, 1961, by the following vote:
