A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING
NEGOTIATION AND EXECUTION OF CONTRACT WITH
ROBERT GRAVES, LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT, FOR
PUBLIC WAY #1, PARKING DISTRICT 1955-1
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that au agreement for architectual services for landscaping of Public Way #1,
Parking District 1955-1, dated as of the 28th day of September, 1961, between
the City of South~Sau Francisco and Robert Graves, be executed, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized
to execute said agreement on behalf of said City of South San Francisco and the
City Clerk is instructed to affix thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this
2nd day of October, 1961, by the following vote:
