A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ADOPTING BUDGET FOR
EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS ALLOCATED FROM THE STATE
HIGHWAY FUND TO CITIES
WHEREAS, a master agreement has been executed by the City of South San
Francisco, hereinafter referred to as the City, and the State Department of Public
Works, Division of Highways, hereinafter referred to as the department, ou March 8,
1961, for expenditure of state allocated funds, and
WHEREAS, a project statement has been prepared and was submitted to the
department on August 17, 1961, showiu~ the estimated expenditures of such funds
recommended to be made during the 196~-62 fiscal year, and
WHEREAS, a budget, approved by the department on September 12, 1961, has
been presented to the City Council iu accordance with the project statement sub-
mitted by the City, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said budget, as approved by the
department, and is familiar with the contents thereof,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that said budget be and is hereby adopted as the budget of expendi-
tures recommended to be made from such funds during the 1961-62 fiscal year.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the
2nd day of October, 1961, by the following vote:
