A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TH~ CITY
OF SOUTHSAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING A GRANT OF
PUBLIC SERViCE EASEMENT FROM ARTHUR HASKINS,
INC., TO THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South~Sau Francisco that
said City shall, and hereby does, accept that certain Grant of Public Service Ease-
meut, dated as of the 15th day of September 1961, whereby ARTHUR HASKINS, INC., gives,
~rauts, transfers and conveys to said City of South San Francisco an easement interest
over, across, through or under certain real property therein described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed
to cause said Grant of Public Service Easement, to~ether with a certified copy of this
resolution, to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San
Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregolu~ resolUtion was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held ou the 2nd day
of October, 1961, by the following vote:
