A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 32?5 WPIEREIN THE
CITY COUNCIL DECLARED ITS INTENTION TO CONTRIBUTE TO
THE COST OF A SEWER INSTALLATION - SPRUCE~AVENUE PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
Resolution No. 3275 is hereby amended, so that, as amended, it shall read as follows:
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
said Council does hereby declare its intention to contribute one-half of the cost
(estimated $31,845.00, being the total of $12,945.00 now listed iu the Assessment
District proceedings for rip rap of said area and the further sum of $18,900.00,
cash contribution ~y the City) for coustructin~ and installing 66" sewer pipe and
placement of compacted fill over the pipe iu the Spruce Avenue Improvement Project
along the frontage of the Tauforau Property, said contribution to be made upon pay-
meut by Tanforan Company, Inc., of the other one-half of the cost of installiu~
said sewer, said one-half - $31,845.00, and Tauforan Company, Inc., shall be a~lowed
a credit of $6,615.00 for acquisitions.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a-regular meeting held this
2nd day of October, 1961, by the following vote:
