A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR STORM
DRAINAGE CORRECTIONS BETWEEN ARMOUR AND LIN-
DEN TO THE REAR OF 246 ARMOUR AVENUE
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, Califor-
nia, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council and published
notice, bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 2nd day of October,
1961, for the work to be done and the improvement to he-made to wit: fill and
pipe installation, vicinity of Linden Avenue and Hillside Boulevard in South San
Francisco.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or bids
except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract for dolu~ the
work and improvements and furnishing the materials, supplies and equipment neces-
sary therefor, to the lowest responsible bidder, to wit: Ceccotti & Sou of San
Francisco, Inc., dba Ceccotti & Son of San Jose at the unit prices named iu their
bid.
2. That the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to make and enter
into a written contract with said successful bidder,~and to authorize, receive and
approve all bonds in connection therewith, and the City Clerk of said City is here-
by directed to attest his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of said
City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held ou the
2nd day of October, 1961, by the following vote:

Absent, "
G. J. Rozzi, Patrick E. Aheru, Emilio Cortesi,
Andrew Rocca, and Leo J. Ryan.
