A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING CONTRACT
WITH PHILLIPS PEST CONTROL (SLOPE BOUNDED BY
ESCANY0, CUESTA, AND LOMITAS)
BE IT RESOLVED that the agreement with Phillips Pest Control for eradica-
tion of gophers and field mice in the area of South San Francisco bounded by Arroyo,
Escanyo, Lomitas and Cuesta Drive be and the same is hereby authorized and approved
and that the City Manager, Eugene Aiello, be and he is hereby authorized to execute
same, which shall contain an indemnity provision holding harmless and indemnifying
the City of South San Francisco, its officers and employees from any loss occasioned
by said work.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the
2nd day of October, 1961, by the following vote:
