A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
AUTHORIZING ACQUISITION OF RIGHT OF SERVICE FOR WATER
SERVICE -- PERSON AND SWANSON INDUSTRIAL TRACT
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that acquisition of water services in the Person and Swanson Industrial Tract having
been previously authorized, it is ordered that:
1. City, on behalf of Person and Swanson Industrial Tract Improvement
District, accept a contract with Person and Swanson providing for right of water
service to said industrial tract.
2. A warrant be drawn on the construction fund for said project in the
sum of $37,539.00 payable to Person and Swanson for the acquisition of said right
of service by the City; and
3. That said warrant be delivered to Person and Swanson upon their pre-
senting to the City proof satisfactory to Project Attorney that provision has been
made for the installation of facilities for rendering said water service.
4. That Resolution No. 3258 is repealed.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the~City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at an adjourned regular meeting
held on the 9th day of October, 1961, by the following vote:
