A RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT WITH SOUTHERN
PACIFIC COMPANY FOR IMPROVING SPUR TRACK CROSS-
~!NG - PERSON AND SWANSON I~NDUSTRIAL TRACT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, Calif-
ornia, that
WHEREAS, it is necessary to acquire lands or rights of crossing of lands
of the Southern Pacific Company in the conduct of the improvements to be constructed
pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 2771 adopted on April 6, 1959;
WHEREAS, the Southern Pacific Company has presented to the City a contract,
in writing, wherein it establishes the terms under which said improvements shall be
made;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, as follows:
1. That the City enter into said contract, in duplicate, and that the Mayor
shall execute said contract in the name of the City, and that the Clerk attest his si~-
nature and affix thereto the corporate seal.
2. That Resolution No. 3271 be, and it is hereby, repealed.
