A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRAN-
CISCO ACCEPTING DEED OF EASEMENT FROM BOTHIN REAL ESTATE COMPANY,
A CORPORATION, TO THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO --
LOWRIE - BOTHIN - SWANSON PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
said City shall, and hereby does, accept that certain Deed of Easement, dated June 8,
1961, whereby BOTHIN REAL ESTATE COMPANY, a corporation, gives, grants, transfers and
conveys to said City of South San Francisco au easement in, over, across and upon the
certain real property therein described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed
to cause said Deed of Easement, together with a certified copy of this resolution, to
be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true
and correct copy of a resolution which was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Fran-
cisco at a regular meetiu~ held this 16th day of October, 1961,
by the followiu~ vote:
