A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO ACCEPTING DEED OF EASEMENT FROM VICTOR S. SWANSON
AND ANNIE J. SWANSON TO THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO --
LOWRIE - BOTHIN - SWANSON PROJECT
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Fran-
cisco that said City shall, and hereby does, accept that certain Deed of Easement,
dated September 26, 1961, whereby VICTOR S. SWANSON and ANNIE J. SWANSON give, ~raut,
transfer and convey to said City of South San Francisco au easement in, over, across
and upon the certain real property therein described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed
to cause said Deed of Easement, to~ether with a certified copy of this resolution,
to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregolu~ is a full, true
and correct copy of a resolution which was reEularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Fran-
cisco at a regular meeting held this 16th day of October, 1961,
by the followiuE vote:
