A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO ACCEPTING A GRANT OF PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT FROM
ARTHUR S. HASKINS, JR., AND BONNIE HASKINS AND FRED FERRAND0
AND FLORENCEFERRANDO TO THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
said City shall, and hereby does, accept that certain Grant of Public Service Ease-
ment, dated as of the day of , 19 , whereby ARTHUR S. HASKINS, JR.,
and BONNIE HASKINS, his wife, and FRED FERRAND0 and FLORENCE FERRANDO, his wife,
give, grant, transfer and convey to said City of South San Francisco an easement
interest over, across, through or under certain real property therein described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed
to cause said Grant of Public Service Easement, together with a certified copy of
this resolu~on, to be recorded iu the office of the County Recorder of the County
of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the
16th day of 0c~ober, 1961, by the following vote:
