A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ESTABLISHING
THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR THE CHIEF OF
POLICE AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 3061
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
pursuant to Ordinance No. ~9 and the Personnel System Rules and Regulations,
that -
1. The probationary period for the Chief of Police, which commenced
August 15, 1960, shall terminate October 16, 1961, at 10:00 p.m. and the permanent
appointment of John Fabbri, as Chief of Police, shall be then effective.
2. The probationary period previously established at two (2) years shall
be reduced to and be established as one (1) year two (2) months more or less, ex-
piring ou October 16, 1961, at lO:O0 p.m.
Resolution No. 3061 is hereby repealed and rescinded.
I hereby certify that the foregoin~ resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this
16th day of October, 1961, by the followin~ vote:
