A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
APPROVING THE REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
TO AMEND ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 353, AS AMENDED, SECTION 2.2 THEREOF
TO REZONE CERTAIN PARCELS R-3 RESTRICTED MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
DISTRICT IN PECK~S SUBDIVISION NO. 1
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of South San Francisco, after
hearings and proceedinys in accordance with the Government Code of the State of Cal-
ifornia, has duly filed its Recommendations and Report as to the proposed amendment
of Ordinance No. 353, as amended, the same being the Zonin~ Ordinance of the City
of South San Francisco, wherein it is proposed to amend said Zoning Ordinance, in
particular Section 2.2 thereof, to rezone certain parcels restricted multiple fam-
ily residential district, or R-3 District; said Report and Recommendations bein~
fully set out in "Exhibit A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part
hereof, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco desires to
approve said amendment and endorse it into evidence that it has been adopted by the
City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco does hereby approve the Report and Recommendations of the Planning
Commission of said City to amend Zonin~ Ordinance No. 353, as amended, and in par-
ticular Section 2.2 thereof by rezoning certain parcels restricted multiple family
residential district, or R-3 District; said parcels bein~ more particularly set
forth in "Exhibit A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof; and
further orders endorsement of said Report and Recommendations by the signature of
the Mayor of the City of South San Francisco, attested by the City Clerk, to evidence
that said Report and Recommendations have been approved and adopted by the City
Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby order the draft-
in~ of an ordinance amendin~ Ordinance No. 353, as amended, and in particular Sec-
tion 2.2 thereof to rezone the parcels described restricted multiple family residen-
tial district, or R-3 District.

City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 6th
