HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 3317-1961RESOLUTION NO. 3317 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO APPROVING APPLICATION TO THE SMALL CRAFT HARBOR COMMISSION FOR CON- STRUCTION LOAN AND DESIGNATING AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that: 1. Application for a construction loan to the Small Craft Harbor Commission, attached hereto as Appendix "A" and entitled, "APPLICATION FOR CONSTRUCTION LOAN, PUR- SUANT TO SMALL CRAFT HARBOR COMMISSION REGULATION, TITLE 14, SECTION 5103, CALIFORNIA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE", is hereby authorized and approved. 2. The Mayor of the City of South San Francisco, Mayor Guido J. Rozzi, is hereby designated as the representative authorized to act for the City Council to sign any necessary papers or to otherwise act as the representative of the City Council. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting-held this 6th day of November, 1961, by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen Noes, Absent, " G. RODONDI City Clerk BEFORE TEE SMALL CRAFT HARBOR COMMISSION OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA IN THE MATTER OF THE SOUTH/ SAN FRANCISCO MARINA APPLICATION FOR CONSTRUCTION LOAN, PURSUANT TO SMALL CRAFT HARBOR COMMIS- SION REGULATION, TITLE 14, SECTION 5103, CALIFORNIA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE TO: The Small Craft Harbor Commission The City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, hereby applies for a construction loan of FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND~DOLLARS ($575,000.00), the said amount being within the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY-~IVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($725,000.00) approved by said Commission on the 19th day of September, 1960. The purpose of the loan is to construct the South San Francisco Marina as per plans and specifications entitled, "Specifications and Documents, South San Francisco Marina" - Plans, "South San Francisco Marina, South San Francisco, Cali- fornia'', in 12 sheets dated August 30, 1961, prepared by John A. Blume & Associates, "and to meet the feasibility study and addenda submitted by and addenda l, 2, and 3, John A. Blume & Associates, which has been approved by the Commission. The construction, maintenance and operation of the Marina shall be in ac- cordance with the Commission's regulations. The within application is made and filed pursuant to Small Craft Harbor Commission Regulation, Title 14, Section 5103, California Administrative Code, and said application has been approved and authorized by the City Council of said City through Resolution No. 3317 entitled, "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO APPROVING APPLICATION TO THE SMALL CRAFT HARBOR COMMISSION FOR CONSTRUCTION LOAN AND DESIGNATING AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE". IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have set my signature this 6th day of November, 1961 on behalf of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, havin~ been author- ized to do so by City Council Resolution No. 3317, hereiuabove described.
