A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO DECLARING AND ESTABLISHING A RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR
SANITARY SEWER PURPOSES RUNNING TO THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
MARINA PROJECT AREA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that -
1. a ri~ht-of-way for sanitary sewer purposes is hereby declared and es-
tablished over the property described as follows:
A 10.00 foot easement for construction and maintenance of sewer line; the center
line of which is described as follows:
From the Northwesterly corner of Parcel "B", as described in that Deed dated Jan-
uary 27th 1948, conveying title from the South San Francisco Land and Improvement
Company to the City of South San Francisco and recorded February 19th 1948, in Vol-
ume 1462, Official Records of San Mateo County at Pa~e 2; the POINT OF BEGINNING is
an existing manhole which lies due South 47 feet and thence due East 8 feet.
FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING: thence due South 215.00 feet; thence South 69°00'
East 278.00; thence South 47° 00' East 310.00 feet; thence South 55° 00' East 95 feet
more or less to the Division of Small Craft Harbors Project Boundary.
2. a plat entitled, "Sewer Easement", dated 25 October 1961, shall be at-
tached hereto as Exhibit "A".
I hereby certify that the foregoin~ resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meetln~ held on the
6th day of November, 1961, by the followin~ vote:
