A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TKE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO THAT THE LOAN FUNDS
WILL BE USED TO DILIGENTLY PROSECUTE THE PRO-
JECT AND THE FACILITIES WILL BE AVAILABLE TO
ALL ON EQUAL AND REASONABLE TERMS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counci~ of the City of South San Francisco
that:
1. The City of South San Francisco will use the loan proceeds, if said
loan is ~ranted, for the purposes of prosecutin~ the work dili~ently to completion.
2. The facilities of the project when completed will be made available
and open to all on equal and reasonable terms.
I hereby certify that the fore~oln~ resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a re~utar meetin~ held this
6th day of November, 1961, by the followin~ vote:
