A RESOLUTION.OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING
THE EXECUTION OF A CERTIFICATE THAT NO
WRITTEN PROTESTS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that:
1. The Certificate attached hereto as Appendix "A" entitled, "CERTIFI-
CATE OF TKE CITY COUNCIL OF TKE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO T~&T NO WRITTEN PROTESTS
BY OWNERS OF ONE HALF OR MORE OF THE ASSESSED VALUATION OF TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN
TKE LIMITS OF SAID CITY HAS BEEN RECEIVED", is hereby approved and authorized and
the execution and filin~ thereof by the Mayor of the City with the Small Craft Har-
bor Commission for the ~ity Council in accordance with Title Ir, Section 5105,
California Administrative Code, is authorized and further the City Clerk is auth-
orized to attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the fore~oin~ resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meetin~ held this
6th day of November, 1961, by the followin~ vote:

CERTIFICATE OF TKE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO THAT NO WRITTEN PROTEST BY
OWNERS OF ONE-HA~ OR MORE OF THE ASSESSED VAL-
UATION OF TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN THE LIMITS OF
T~ CITY HAS BEEN RECEIVED
I, GUIDO J. ROZZI, Mayor of the City of South San Francisco, applicant
for the Construction Loan herein, authorized by City Council Resolution No. 3322,
do make the Certificate for the City Council, and do hereby certify that the City
of South San Francisco has received no written protests to said loan si~ned by
owners of one-half or more of the assessed valuation of taxable property within
the limits of the City of South San Francisco.
