A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO THAT SAID CITY WILL PROVIDE INSURANCE CO\~RAGE
CONSISTENT WITH SMALL CRAFT HARBOR REGULATIONS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that:
The City Council shall provide insurance coverage consistent with Small
Craft Harbor regulations contained in the California Administrative Code, Title 14,
Sections 5110 and 5111; that is,
(a) Fire and extended coverage insurance'to ninety per cent (90~) of the
value of insurable structures within the project area with the Division of Small
Craft Harbors, Department of Natural Resources, named as additional insureds; and
(b) Property damage and liability insurance in a minimum amount of
$100,000/$500,000, and bodily liability insurance $100,000/$300,000 to cover lia-
bility arising out of the operation of the project, and naming the Division of Small
Craft Harbors, Department of Natural Resources, as additional insureds.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this
6th day of November, 1961, by the followin~ vote:
Ayes, Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Patrick E. Ahern, Emilio Cortesi,
Andrew Rocca, and Leo J. Ryan.
Noes, " None.
Absent, " None.
