A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO ASSURING THE SMALL CRAFT HARBOR COMMISSION THAT
THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO WILL PROVIDE EASEMENTS FOR
PUBLIC UTILITIES OVER ITS LANDS TO THE PROJECT AREA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that said City Council does hereby represent to and assure the Small Craft Harbor
Commission that easements over City lands will be provided for public utility in-
stallations to the project area.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meetin~ held this
6th day of November, 1961, by the followin~ vote:
