A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO APPROVING AND AGREEING TO THE PROPOSAL OF
W00DWARD~CLYDE~SHERARD AND ASSOCIATES FOR SOIL INVESTIGATION -
JOINT SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT EXPANSION, SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
AND SAN BRUNO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that the proposal contained in the letter of October 31, 1961, made by
Woodward-Clyde-Sherard and Associates over the signature of Peter E. Quinu for
soil investigation - Joint Sewage Treatment Plant Expansion, South San Francisco
and San Bruno, is hereby approved and accept~ance and execution of said proposal
is hereby authorized by the Mayor of the City of South San Francisco, whose
signature shall be attested to by the City Clerk.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held this 6th day of November, 19~, by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN G. J. Rozzi, Patrick E. Ahem, Emilio Cortesi,
Andrew Rocca, and Leo J. Ryau.
NOES, " None.
ABSENT, " None.
