A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING CITY ATTORNEY TO FILE COMPLAINTS IN
THE NEUGEBAUER MATTER
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that the City Attorney is hereby authorized to (file) a complaint to enjoin the
keeping of turkeys by Walter Neugebauer on his premises should he fail to remove
said turkeys after receiving notice requiring said removal.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at an adjourned
regular meeting held this 13th day of November, 1961, by the following vote:
