A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FP~NCISC0
ORDERING THE SUM OF $307,~00.00 EARMARKED IN A SPECIAL FUND AVAILABLE
TO SUPPLY FUNDS TO SUPPLEMENT PROPOSED LOAN FOR THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
MAR INA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the sum
of THREE HUNDRED AND SEVEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS ($307,~00.00) shall be earmarked
and kept by City Treasurer in the fund entitled, "Marina Construction Fund", said funds to
be available for withdrawal or any part thereof needed to supplement said loan, that sum,
as determJ, ned, be transferred from the Marina Construction Pund to Marina Construction Account,
in accordance with the Small Craft Harbor Commission's regulations and requirements, and
further that said funds be and they are earmarked for purposes of completing the project as
per the loan agreement and shall not be expended for any other purpose.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at an ~dJourned regular
meeting held this 13th day of November 19 61 , by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN G. J. Rozzi, Emilio Cortesi, Andrew Rocca, and Leo J. Ryan

THAT FUNDS IN THE SIR~ OF $307,400.00 HAVE BEEN EARMARKED IN THE
ACCOUNT ENTITLED, "MARINA CONSTRUCTION ACCOUNT" TO SUPPLEMENT THE
PROPOSED LOAN FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO MARINA
I, E. P. Kauffman, City Treasurer of the City of South San Francisco hereby certify
that the City Council of the City of South gan Francisco iu Resolution No. 3331 entitled, "~
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ORDERING THE SUM OF
$307,400.00 EARMARKED IN A SPECIAL FUND AVAILABLE TO SUPPLY FUNDS TO SUPPLEMENT PROPOSED
LOAN FOR THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO MARINA", passed and adopted on the 13th day of November 1961,
ordered the sum of THREE HUNDRED AND SEVEN THOUSAND FOUR HT%~RED DOLLARS ($307,~00.00) ear-
marked in the account entitled, "Marina Construction Account", for the purpose of keeping
available funds to sUpplement the proposed loan for construction of the 'South San Francisco
Marina and for no other purposes.
I further certify that said sum has been so earmarked and is presently maintained in
the account entitled, 'rMarina Construction Account", which funds are on deposit in the Crocker-
Anglo National Bank, South ~an Francisco Branch, available for said purposes.

I, EUGENE AIELLO, City Manager of the City of South San Francisco, applicant for
the construction loan, herein certify that I am familiar with income and disbursements of the
City of South ~an Francisco and that the project loan and sum added thereto by order of the
City Council in Resolution No. 3331 entitled, "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ORDERING THE SUM OF $307,400.00 EARMARKED IN A SPECIAL FUND AVAILABLE
TO SUPPLY FUNDS TO SUPPLEMENT PROPOSED LOAN FOR THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO MARINA", will not create
an indebtedness or liability contrary to the provisions of Article XI, Sectional8, Constitution
of California.
