ORDERING THE ADDITIONAL SUM OF $38,948.00 EARMARKED IN A SPECIAL
FUND AVAILABLE TO SUPPLY FUNDS TO SUPPLEMENT PROPOSED LOAN FOR THE
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO MARINA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the
additional sum of THIRTY EIGHT THOUSAND FORTY EIGHT DOLLARS ($38,0~8.00) shall be earmarked
and kept by City Treasurer in the fund entitled, "Marina Construction Fund''~, thereby making
the total sum in said account THREE HUNDRED FORTY FIVE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED AND FORTY EIGHT
DOLLARS ($345,448.00), said funds to be available for withdrawal or any part thereof needed
to supplement the loan for construction of the South ~an Francisco Marina, in accordance with
the Small Craft Harbor Commission's regulations and requirements, and further that said funds
be and they are earmarked for purposes of completing the project as per the loan agreement
and shall not be expended for any other purpose.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South S!an Francisco at an ~ adJoU~d regular
meeting held this 17th day of November 19 /!.61 , by the following vote:

THAT ADDITIONAL FUNDS IN THE SUM OF $38,o48.oo NaVE BEEN ADDED TO THE
SUM OF $307,400.00 FOR A TOTAL OF $345,448.00 AND THE SAME HAVE BEEN
EARMARKED IN THE ACCOUNT ENTITLED, "MARINA CONSTRUCTION ACCOUNT", TO
SUPPLEMENT THE PROPOSED LOAN FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO MARINA
I, E. P. KAUFFMANN, City Treasurer of the City of South San Francisco hereby
certify that the City Council of the City of South San Francisco in Resolution No. 3333
entitled, "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ORDERING
TIM ADDITIONAL SUM OF $38,048.00 EARMARKED IN A SPECIAL FUND AVAILABLE TO SUPPLY FUNDS
TO SUPPLEMENT PROPOSED LOAN FOR THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ~RINA", passed and adopted on
the 17th day of November 1961, ordered the additional sum of THIRTY EIGHT THOUSAND
FORTY EIGHT DOLLARS ($38,048.00) earmarked in the account entitled, "Marina Construction
Account", thereby making the total sum in said account THREE HUNDRED AND FORTY FIVE
THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED AND FORTY EIGHT DOLLARS $345,1!;!8.00) for the purpose of keeping
available funds to supplement the proposed loan for construction of the South San '¥
Francisco Marina and for no other purposes.
I further certify that said sum has been so earmarked and is presently
maintained in the account entitled, "Marina Construction Account", which funds are ou
deposit in the Crocker-Anglo National Bank, South San Francisco Branch, available
for said purposes.

CERTIFICATE OF CITY MANAGER
I, EUGENE AIELLO, City Manager of the City of South San Francisco, applicant
for the construction loan, herein certify that I am familiar with income and disbursements
of the City of South San Francisco and that the project loan and sum added thereto by
order of the City Council in Resolution No. 3331 entitled, "A RESOLUTION OM THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ORDERING THE SUM OF $307,400.00 EARMARKED IN A
SPECIAL FUND AVAILABLE TO SUPPLY FUNDS TO SUPPLEMENT PROPOSED LOAN FOR THE SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO MARINA", and the further sum of THIRTY EIGHT THOUSAND FORTY EIGHT DOLLARS
($38,048.00) added thereto pursuant to Resolution No. 3333, will not create an indebted-
ness or liability contrary to the provisions of Article XI, Section 18, Constitution of
California.
