A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ATTORNEY OF RECORD
TO EXECUTE STIPULATION FOR ENTRY OF JUDGMENT
LITTLEFIELD - KIMBALL AVENUE PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South S~n Francisco that John E. Lynch
of the law firm of Kirkbride, Wilson, Harzfeld & Wallace, attorneys of record with the City
Attorney of the City of South San Francisco, for the City of South San Francisco, in that certai~
action entitled CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO v. SWIFT & COMPANY, et al, Action No. 95215, in the
~uperior Court of the State of California, in and for the County of San Mateo, be, 8.nd he is,
hereby authorized and directed to execute a stipulation for Judgment for the taking of the ease-
ment for street purposes across Parcel No. 4A, as more particularly described in said condem-
nation proceeding, for the sum of $1,303.40, and to execute and deliver all of the documents and
to take all action~necessary to complete the acquisition of said Parcel 4A, owned by defendants1
Arthur Haskins, Inc., a corporation, and Olympian Oil Company, a corporation.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Treasurer is authorized and hereby directed to
draw his warrant, payable to the County Clerk, in the sum of $372.40, which represents the differ
ence between the security deposit and the agreed award for~the acquisition of the parcel afore-
s~aid, and deliver said warrant to the attorneys of record, Kirkbride, Harzfeld & Wallace, 307 B
5.treet, 5an Mateo, C~ifornia.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 20th
day of November , 196 I , by the following vote:
