RESOLUTION NO. 3338
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO ASSUMING THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ENFORCEMENT OF
DIVISION 13, PART 2, CALIFORNIA HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE --
MOBILE HOMES AND MOBILE PARKS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the
City of South San Francisco hereby assumes responsibility for enforcement of Part 2, Division 13,
of the Health and Safety Code of the State of California, regulating Mobile Homes and Mobile ~ome
Parks, as authorized by Section 18010 thereof, and that a copy of this resolution-be forwarded to
the Division of Housing; same to constitute notice to said Division of the assumption of said
responsibility.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Seuth San Francisco at a regular ~eeting held on the 20th
day of November , 1961, by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Patrick E. Ahem, Emilio Cortesi, and Andrew Rocca.
NOES, " None.
ABSENT, "
G. J. Rozzi and Leo J. Ryan.
