A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COL~CIL OF THE CITY
OF ~SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING EXECI~fION
JO'INT POWERS AGREEMENT COUNTY OF SAN MATEO
REGARDING CIVIL DEFENSE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
execution of that certain joint powers agreement with the County of San Mateo regarding Civil
Defense, is hereby approved and authorized and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said
agreement on behalf of the City of South San Francisco and the City Clerk is instructed to
attest his signature thereto, and affix thereto the corporate seal of the City of South gan
Francisco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held
this 4th day of December , 19 61 , by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCIkMEN G. J. Rozzi~ Patrick E. Ahem, Emilio Cortesi, Andrew Rocca, and Leo J. Ryan.
NOES, " None.
