A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING A
GRANT OF PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT FROM
ARTHUR S. HASKINS, JR., AND BONNIE HASKINS
AND FRED FERRAND0 AND FLORENCE FERRAND0 TO
THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South gan FranciscO that said
City shall, and hereby does, accept that certain Grant of Public Service Easement, dated
as of the ~0t~ day of October, 1961, whereby ARTHUR S. HASKINS, JR., and BONNIE HASKINS,
his wife, and FRED FERRAND0 and FLORENCE FERRAND0, his wife, give grant, transfer and convey
to said City of South San Francisco an easement interest over, across, through or under
certain real property therein described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed to
cause said Grant of Public Service Easement, together with a certified copy of this
resolution, to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the following resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at an adjourned regular
meeting held on the 6t~ day of December, 1961, by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN G. J. Rozzi, Patrick E. Ahem, Emilio Cortesi, Andrew Rocca, and Leo J. Ryau
NOES, " None.
ABSENT, " None.
