A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
MARINA (MARINA AT OYSTER POINT)
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, Cslifornia, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council and published notice, bids
were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 6th day of November, 1961 for the work to
be done and the improvement to be made as described a---~d specif,.ed in Resol~-~ion No. 3269
entitled, "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO APPROVING PLANS
AND SPECIFICATIONS AUTHORIZING THE WORK AND CALLING FOR BIDS ON THE~ IMPROVEMENT -- MARINA AT
OYSTER POINT".
N0W, THERh~ORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
!. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or bids except that
hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract for doing the work and improvements and
furnishing the materials, supplies and equipment necessary therefor, to the lowest responsible
bidder, to wit: Healy Ttbbttts Construction Company at the unit prices named in their bid.
2. That the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to make and enter into a written
contract with said successful bidder, and to authorize, receive and approve all bonds in con-
nection therewith, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature
and affix thereto the corporate seal of said City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced snd adopted
by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at an adjourned regular meeting held ou
the 6t~ day of December, 196_~1, by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN G~ J. Rozzi, Patrick E. Ahem, Emilio Cortesi, Andrew Rocca~ and Leo J. Ryau.
NOES, " None.
ABSENT, " None.
