A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH PACIFIC
GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY RELOCATING AN EASEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
that the agreement between CITY and PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY relocatin~ an
easement on that parcel of property more particularly described as follows:
"A strip of land of the uniform width of 15 feet extending entirely
across said lands and lying equally on each side of that certain line
which begins in the southwesterly boundary line of said lands distant
14.5 feet southeasterly from [measured at a right angle to) the north-
westerly boundary line of said lands, and runs thence north 55° 07' 30"
east, parallel with the northwesterly boundary line of said lands, 81.8
feet; thence north 75° 07' 30" east 30.50 feet; thence north 55° 07' 30"
east to a line parallel with and distant 10.0 feet northeasterly from
(measured at a right angle to) the southeasterly prolongation of the
southwesterly boundary line of the parcel of land designated Parking
Area on the map of the Re-Sbudivision of Southwood CommerCial Tract,
filed for record in the office of said County Recorder in Book 28 of
Maps at page 29; thence northwesterly along the last mentioned line
30 feet, more or less, to the northwesterly boundary line of said
lands,"
is hereby authorized and the Mayor is authorized to sign said agreement on behalf
of the City of South San Francisco and the City Clerk will attest his signature
thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held this 2nd day of January, 1962, by
the following vote:
