A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE FOR EXECUTION OF AN IN-
DENTURE BETWEEN THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC COMPANY AND CITY
GRANTING AN EASEMENT - SLOPE PURPOSES AND DRAINAGE STRUC-
TURE IN THE SPRUCE AVENUE PROJECT
BE IT RESOL~YED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that the indenture between the Southern Pacific Company and the City of South San
Francisco dated 2nd day of January, 1962, wherein said Southern Pacific Company
grants an easement for slope purposes and the right to construct, reconstruct,
maintain and operate a concrete drainage box, concrete pad, and open channel in,
upon, along, across and beneath property therein described is hereby approved and
accepted and authorization is hereby given for execution of same by the Mayor of
South San Francisco and the City Clerk is authorized to attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foreEoing resolution was regu-
larly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco at a regular meeting' held on the 2nd day of
January, 1962, by the following vote:
