A RESOLUTION DIRECTING TAKING PAYMENT OF ASSESSMENT
NO. 1 -- PERSON AND SWANSON INDUSTRIAL TRACT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, Califor-
nia, that
WHEREAS, the total of the unpaid list filed on November 7, 1960, pursuant
to Resolution of Intention No. 2771 adopted by this Council on August 6, 1959, was in
the amount of $751,56h.79;
~!EREAS, a total of $650,000 in bonds have been sold and delivered, leaving
a balance of $101,564.79, which will permit payment of assessments up to said balance;
and
WHEREAS~ the owners of the parcel of land designated Assessment No. 1 assessed
in the amount of $13,837'94 has submitted payment of said Assessment No. 1;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, as follows:
1. That payment of Assessment No. 1 in the amount of $13,837.94 is hereby
acknowledged.
2. That the Superintendent of Streets and Treasurer of said City be, and
they are hereby, authorized and directed to submit an amended list of unpaid assess-
ments by deleting therefrom Assessment No. 1, leaving the unpaid list in the amount
of $737,726.85.
3. That the amended'!ist of unpaid assessments shall be filed in the of-
fice of the City Treasurer, City Clerk and Superintendent of Streets.
4. That the City Clerk send a certified copy of this Resolution to the
City Treasurer, County Auditor and County Tax Collector.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regu-
larly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco at a regular meetin~ held this 2nd day of
January, 1962, by the fol!owin~ vote:.
