A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE
OF THE EXTENSION 0F THE. TERM OF A LEASE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that the extension of the term of lease set forth in the letter from Standard Oil
Company of California, dated November 15, 1961, signed by W. C. Koster, be accepted
and approved and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute same on behalf of
the City upon obtaining approval of the South San Francisco Parking Place Commission.
I hereby certify that the foregoins resolution was reg-
ularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco at a regular meetin~ held on the 2nd day of
January,'1962, by the followin~ vote:
Ayes, Councilmen
Noes,
Absent,
G. J. Rozzi, Patrick E. Ahern, Andrew Rocca,
and Leo J. Ryan.
