A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO ADOPTING BUDGET PROPOSAL FOR EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS
ALLOCATED UNDER SECTION 2107.5 OF T~E STREETS AND HIGHWAYS
CODE FOR THE 1962-63 FISCAL YEAR
WHEREAS, a Master Agreement dated February 29, 1960 has been entered into
between the State of California and the City of South San Francisco for the expendi-
ture of the En~ineering Allocation to Cities, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said Agreement in full and is fa-
miliar with the contents thereof, and
WHEREAS, a budget proposal for the expenditure of funds allocated under
Section 2107.5 of the Streets and Highways Code for the fiscal year ending June 30,
1963, has been prepared for presentation to the State of California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that said budget proposal be and is hereby adopted as the budget of
proposed expenditures of the Engineering Allocation to Cities, and said budget proposal
be and same is hereby approved and the Mayor of the City of South San Francisco is
directed to si~n the same on behalf of said City, said budget proposal to be bindin~
upon the City upon its approval by the authorized Officials of the State.
I hereby certify that the fore~oin~ resolution was regu-
larly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco at a renu!ar meeting held this 15th day of
January, 1962, by the following vote:
