A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING AN AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT
WITH IDEAL CEMENT COMPANY DATED JANUARY 5, 1959 --
INCREASE OF ROYALTIES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
the increased royalty rate of 0.0265 per cubic yard contained the the letter of Ideal
Cement Company to the City Clerk of South San Francisco dated January 4, 1962, and
attached hereto as Attachment A, is hereby approved and acceptance of said increased
royalty rate is hereby authorized.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of said City is authorized to accept
said proposal on behalf of the City of South San Francisco and City Clerk attests
his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Councll of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the
5th day of February, 1962, by the followin~ vote:
