HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 3373-1962RESOLUTION NO. 3373 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRAN- CISCO SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE GOVERNMENT CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA AND ORDINANCE NO. 353 OF THE CITY AS AMENDED ON PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION, PROPOSED PLAN AND REGULATION AMENDING SECTION 2.2 OF SAID ORDINANCE AND ADOPT- ING ZONING MAP ENTITLED "ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA, DATED MARCH 1, 1961". BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, WHEREAS, the Plannin~ Commission of the City of South San Francisco, after hearin~ duly noticed in accordance with Government Code of the State of California, and Ordinance No. 353 as amended, has recommended by Resolution of said Commission carried by more than two-thirds of the total votin~ members, and, WHEREAS, a copy of the precise plan, regulation and amendment, to wit: RESOLUTION NO. 3373 (Continued): Proposed amended Section 2.2 of Zonin~ Ordinance No. 353 as amended and map entitled "Zonin~ Map of the City of South San Francisco, California, dated March 1, 1961, accompanied by a report of findings, summary of hearings and recommendation of the Commission has been submitted to the City Council, and WHEREAS, the City Council, before adoptin~ same, desires to set a public hearin~ as required by the Government Code of the State of California and City Ordi- nance No. 353 as amended, NOW, THEREFORE, it is ordered that notice of hearin~ be ~iven as required by Section 65654 of the Government Code of the State of California and Section 6.64 of City Ordinance No. 353 as amended; said notice to be published once in the Enter- prise-Journal, a newspaper of ~eneral circulation published in said City of South San Francisco. I hereby certify that the fore~oin~ resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meetin~ held on the 5th day of February, 1962, by the followin~ vote: Ayes, Councilmen Noe s, Absent, Guido J.
