A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUITCLAIM DEED OF UTAH
CONSTRUCTION & MINING COMPANY TO THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO -- LOWRIE-BOTHIN-SWANSON
PROJECT
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said
City shall, and hereby does, accept that certain Quitclaim Deed, dated August 28,
1961, whereby UTAH CONSTRUCTION & MINING CO., a corporation, quitclaims unto the
City of South San Francisco, all of its right, title and interest iu and to that
certain parcel of real property therein described.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he is, hereby directed
to cause said quitclaim Deed, to~ether with a certified copy of this resolution, to
be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the fore~oiu~ is a full, true
and correct copy of a resolution which was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Fran-
cisco at a regular meetin~ held this 5th day of February, 1962,
by the followin~ vote:
