A RESOLUTION OF TPIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING ACQUISITION OF RIGHT OF SER-
VICE FOR GAS SERVICE - PERSON AND SWANSON INDUSTRIAL
TRACT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, Califor-
nia, that acquisition of a right of service for ~as services in the Person and Swan-
son Industrial Tract havin~ been previously authorized, it is ordered that:
1. Person and Swanson, on behalf of said Improvement District, has pro-
vided a right of ~as service to said Industrial Tract at a cost of $1,724.
2. A warrant be drawn on the Person arJ Swanson Industrial Tract Improve-
ment Fund in the sum of ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY-FOUR DOLLARS $1,724),
payable to Person and Swanson.
I hereby certify that the fore~oin~ resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meetin~ held this
5th day of February, 1962, by the followin~ vote:
