A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR IN-
STALLATION OF ADDITIONAL SEWAGE PUMP --
PUMP STATION NO. 3
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, Califor-
nia, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council and published no-
tice, bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 3rd day of January,
1962, for the work done and improvements to be made, to wit, installation of addi-
tional sewage pump - Pump Station No. 3.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or bids ex-
cept that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract for doing the work
and improvements and furnishing the materials, supplies and equipment necessary
therefor, to the lowest responsible bidder, to wit: The Pump Repair Service Company
at the unit prices named in their bid.
2. That the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to make and enter into
a written contract with said successful bidder, and to authorize, receive and approve
all bonds in connection therewith, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed
to attest his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of said City.
I hereby certify that the foregoin~ resolution was reg-
ularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 15th day of
January, 1962, by the following vote:

Noes,
Absent,
G. J. Rozzi, Patrick E. Ahem, Emilio Cortesi,
Andrew Rocca, and Leo J. Ryan.
